Yoga drew me in at a young age as I discovered how great it feels to move your body and expand the spaces within. It took a few decades for me to connect the dots between the prana flowing in my body to the ever-present consciousness that I used as a guide in my life.
Here is where I found the true essence of yoga and its purpose of uniting the body with the mind and, ultimately, the spirit.
My journey led me to India in 2017 where I received my 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from Sampoorna Yoga. Living in India for about 6 years led me to discover Ayurveda, which is ingrained in its culture, from the cuisine to the way of living. As a sister science of Yoga, Ayurveda was a natural addition to my training with a 300-hr Yoga and Ayurvedic Therapy certificate. from the Sarasvati Ayurveda Institute.
It is my passion to use these skills and life experiences to help others struggle less and achieve more within the realm of spirituality rather than in the world of materialism and the illusion of Maya.
I believe there are no accidents or coincidences, so if you are here reading this, then it was meant to be. The universe, god, or which ever name you use to call the creator is guiding you through the people you meet and I'm happy it has brought you to my doorstep. Step inside, you are more than welcome! :)
